Pauline Mbayah serves as Executive Director/Head of Stanbic Kenya Foundation. She is an International Development Professional with over 20 years of Experience across Sub-Sahara Africa providing leadership various United Nations Agencies, International Development Organizations, Philanthropic Institutions as well as Private Sector Companies. , She is responsible for directing and overseeing all policies, strategy, objectives, and initiatives related to the Foundation’s Activities in Kenya and South Sudan.
Prior to her current role, Pauline served as Director of Strategy and Partnerships at the African Enterprise Challenge Fund, where she was responsible for forging Strategic partnerships that would provide Development Finance to support the growth of early and growth stage companies across multiple African countries.
Pauline is an Aspen Global Leadership Network Fellow, African Leadership Initiative Fellow, a certified Market Systems (M4P) practitioner and a Founding Board member of UNDP’s Impact@Africa Network., African Leadership Initiative Fellow, a certified Market Systems (M4P) practitioner and a Founding Board member of UNDP’s Impact@Africa Network.
